1. Warranty Coverage
Alude Arts proudly stands behind the craftsmanship of every piece we create. We offer a 30-day workmanship warranty covering:
Manufacturing faults
Structural defects
Quality-related issues present upon delivery
This warranty begins from the date you receive your order.
2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The following are not covered:
– Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
– Water damage, stains, or exposure to extreme conditions
– Wear and tear from daily use
– Damage caused by third-party couriers after successful delivery Altered or modified items
– Custom artwork once approved by the customer
3. What We Will Do
If your item qualifies for warranty support, we will:
– Repair the item, or
– Replace it with the same or similar item, or Provide store credit if replacement is not possible
– The choice depends on availability and the nature of the issue.
4. How to Request Warranty Support
Email us within 30 days at: info@aludearts.co.za
Include: Your order number
– Photos/videos of the issue
– Description of the problem
We respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Shipping for Warranty Claims
If the issue is due to workmanship, Alude Arts covers the shipping.
If the issue is due to customer handling, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer cash refunds under the warranty. Our warranty is designed to ensure quality while protecting the integrity of handcrafted art.
